The Roman Brothers

The Roman Brothers—Marc and Will Roman—are Puerto Rican musicians who have been shaping Richmond’s Latin music scene for over 14 years, known as “Richmond’s two-piece combo.” Inspired by salsa dura and Latin Jazz legends, they bring back the golden-era energy—pa’l bailador (for the dancers). Marc Roman: trumpet/vocals; Gabriel Luciano-Carson: trombone/vocals; Will Roman: timbales/vocals; Sergio Rosario: congas/vocals; Eric Toralba: bass and Marlysse Simmons: piano.

CURV APPEAL

Curv Appeal

Straight-ahead Jazz and original tunes with a funky, contemporary flair – CURV APPEAL has it all!  The band was created to focus on a strong musical sound using the vibraphone as the lead instrument.  They have performed at Jazz Café and numerous music festivals alongside the Average White Band (AWB), Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, Will Downing and Roy Ayers. Curvey Reid on percussion, vocals, keyboard, and vibraphone; Thurman Hargrove on keyboard and vocals; Brandon Smith on guitar and vocals; David Drew on bass guitar and Ronnie Thomas on drums.

An evening of Jazz spiced with holiday cheer featuring song stylist DEBRA DEAN and guitarist PATRICK LAWLER! Debra and Pat regularly entertain audiences on the elite club circuit from New York to Florida and abroad. Everyone loves their fun mix of Jazz, Blues and popular tunes. “The Chanteuse” and Patrick will be joined by Lucy Kilpatrick on keys; Jonathan Wheelock on bass and Todd Woodson on drums.
